Delivery Area

We currently offer local flower delivery within Santa Cruz County.

Delivery Fees

  • Santa Cruz (city): $20 flat delivery fee

  • Other areas within Santa Cruz County: delivery fees are calculated individually at checkout based on the delivery address

Delivery Time Frames

All deliveries are made within a 2-hour delivery window.

At checkout, customers select their preferred delivery date.
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Before delivery, our courier will notify the recipient or sender when the order is en route, including an estimated time of arrival.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the order has been successfully delivered, our courier will provide photo confirmation of the delivered bouquet.

If the Recipient Is Not Available

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact the sender or recipient using the contact information provided.

Unless otherwise instructed, we may:

  • leave the flowers in a safe, shaded area;

  • leave the delivery with a neighbor or building staff;

  • or contact you to arrange next steps.

Pacific Floral Lab is not responsible for the condition of the flowers once the order has been delivered and left in a safe location.
