How does the booking process work?
- Share your vision with us through our inquiry form, and we’ll confirm availability for your celebration.
- Our studio will then curate a tailored floral proposal with a preliminary estimate to help you envision the overall aesthetic.
- After reviewing, we’ll connect to fine-tune every element and ensure the design feels cohesive and intentional.
- To officially secure your date, a signed agreement and 25% non-refundable retainer are required.
How far in advance should we book our wedding florals?
We recommend confirming your venue and event date before submitting an inquiry. It’s also helpful to have a general vision in mind — such as your color palette, overall aesthetic, or inspiration images.
Our studio accepts wedding bookings up to 6–12 months in advance. Please note that floral pricing may adjust over time due to seasonal availability and market changes.
For intimate weddings and smaller-scale celebrations, we may accommodate bookings with a minimum of 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Where do you provide floral services?
We primarily serve Santa Cruz County for weddings, events, and floral deliveries.
We’re also open to traveling throughout California and neighboring states. If your celebration is outside our main service area, just reach out — we’re happy to discuss the details and availability.
What is your pricing range?
Floral budgets vary depending on the scale of your celebration, guest count, and overall design vision.
For most full-service weddings, floral investment typically ranges between $4,000–$7,000. This generally allows for bridal party bouquets, a statement altar installation, aisle accents, and light floral styling for reception tables or key areas.
For more abundant, fully immersive floral designs throughout the entire wedding day, we recommend budgeting $6,000–$9,000+, plus any applicable travel costs.
We also work with more intimate budgets starting under $4,000. These often include personal flowers such as a bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, rose petals, and smaller-scale arrangements for an altar or select tables.
