Refund policy

All sales concluded at Pacific Floral Lab are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to info@pacificflorallab.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Pacific Floral Lab.

We take great care in preparing and delivering our floral arrangements to ensure they arrive fresh and beautiful. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our refund and return policy is as follows:

No Refunds & No Cancellations

All floral arrangements by Pacific Floral Lab are custom-made to order using fresh flowers that are purchased in advance specifically for each order.
For this reason, order cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Delivery Acceptance

Once an order has been delivered and accepted by the recipient, it is considered successfully completed.
Refunds are not available after delivery acceptance.

Order Issues

If you receive an order with a significant issue (such as an incorrect arrangement or serious quality concerns), please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
We will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a resolution at our discretion.

Non-Delivery Situations

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete recipient information;

  • the recipient being unavailable;

  • inability to reach the recipient,

the order will be considered fulfilled.
Refunds are not issued in these cases.
